Welcome to our January 2023 Cooking Class Series “FULL FLAVOR ’23! In this series, we will cook and learn an amazing menu of Authentic Broiled Maryland Style Crab Cakes with Smoked Pickle and Caper Remoulade Sauce, Prince Edward Island Mussels in a Creamy White Wine Garlic Sauce, Seared Chicken Breast with Sweet Mushroom Garlic Marsala over Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes!!

Do you enjoy eating fresh seafood at your favorite restaurant, but find yourself struggling to cook it at home? Would you like to “Spice Up” your weekly dinner menu at home? Are you and your friends or family looking for an out of the ordinary fun evening out without all the crowds? If you answered YES, these classes are for you!

Our goal is to teach you just how simple it can be to cook restaurant quality seafood, from the comfort of your own home. You do not need to bring anything, just come ready to have a lot of fun, laugh at cheesy jokes, eat some great food, meet some new friends and maybe learn something new.

Each class will be BYOB and consist of hands-on instruction of our selected menu, as well as in-depth explanation of ingredients and equipment used, full recipes of the dishes prepared for you to recreate at home and complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments.

Hand-Made Maryland Style Crab Cakes, Broiled to a golden brown perfection and served with a Smoked Pickle and Caper Remoulade Sauce

 – PEI Mussels in a Creamy White Wine Garlic Sauce 

World Renowned Prince Edward Island Mussels tossed in a zesty white wine garlic cream sauce.

 -Seared Chicken Breast with Mushroom Marsala over Herb Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

– Seared juicy chicken breast topped with a sweet mushroom and garlic Marsala sauce, served over Herb roasted fingerling potatoes.
