Fresh Scottish Salmon with a Spicy Fresh Orange Glaze, served over Chili Garlic sauteed Baby Bok Choy.

This kit includes everything to make this delicious meal in only a couple of minutes, in the comfort of your own home.

Kit Includes:

2 – 8oz. Scottish Salmon filets, pre-seasoned and ready to cook

6 oz. Spicy Orange Glaze

1# Baby Bok Choy

3 oz. Chili Garlic Stir Fry sauce

 

Cooking Instructions:

In a large sauté pan or wok, over medium heat, add 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil,

Quarter the baby Bok choy, and trim away the core.

Add the trimmed boy choy to the pan or wok, and squeeze the Chili Garlic Stir Fry Sauce onto the Bok choy. Toss to combine and cover.

Cook the baby Bok choy, tossing or stirring periodically, until it is tender.

In a medium sauté pan over medium-high heat, add 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil.

Carefully place the pre-seasoned salmon filets, curved side down, into the pan.

Cook for about 4 minutes per side for a medium temperature.

Pour the Spicy Orange Glaze over the salmon, completely covering.

Plate the stir-fried Bok choy onto plate, place the glazed salmon onto the Bok choy and pour remaining glaze over the salmon filets.

Garnish with chives or green onions and serve.
