Welcome to our Garden City Cooking Class Series, Over the Top October! In this series, we will cook and learn an amazing menu of Prosciutto Parmesan Oyster Rockefeller, Sauteed Citrus and Herb Shrimp over Angel Hair, Seared Local Triggerfish with a Shrimp, Scallop and Crab Imperial Sauce!!

Do you enjoy eating fresh seafood at your favorite restaurant, but find yourself struggling to cook it at home? Would you like to “Spice Up” your weekly dinner at home? Are you and your friends or family looking for an out of the ordinary fun evening out without all the crowds? If you answered YES, these classes are for you!

Our goal is to teach you just how simple it can be to cook restaurant quality seafood, from the comfort of your own home. You do not need to bring anything, just come ready to have a lot of fun, laugh at cheesy jokes, eat some great food, meet some new friends and maybe learn something new.

Each class will be BYOB and consist of hands-on instruction of our selected menu, as well as in-depth explanation of ingredients and equipment used, full recipes of the dishes prepared for you to recreate at home and complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments.

-Prosciutto Parmesan Oyster Rockefeller

Fresh shucked oysters, topped with sauteed spinach, sun-dried tomato, shaved parmesan and crispy prosciutto

 – Sauteed Citrus and Herb Local Shrimp over Angel Hair

Fresh local shrimp, sauteed with rich butter, white wine, fresh herbs and garlic tossed with Angel Hair pasta

 -Seared Local Triggerfish Imperial

– Fresh off the Boat Local Triggerfish topped with a decadent shrimp, scallop and crab imperial sauce

*Garden City Classes are held at 107 Atlantic Ave Garden City, SC 29576. We are on the South Side of the Building, adjacent to the public parking lot near Sam’s Corner.
