Welcome to our Pawleys Island Cooking Class Series, Crazy Coastal Cajun! In this series, we will cook and learn and amazing menu of Cajun Lemonade, Andouille and Shrimp Gumbo Dip, Creole Crawfish Cream Pasta and Beignets for dessert!!

Do you enjoy eating fresh seafood at your favorite restaurant, but find yourself struggling to cook it at home? Would you like to “Spice Up” your weekly dinner at home? Are you and your friends or family looking for an out of the ordinary fun evening out without all the crowds? If you answered YES, these classes are for you!

Our goal is to teach you just how simple it can be to cook restaurant quality seafood, from the comfort of your own home. You do not need to bring anything, just come ready to have a lot of fun, laugh at cheesy jokes, eat some great food, meet some new friends and maybe learn something new.

Each class will be BYOB and consist of hands-on instruction of our selected menu, as well as in-depth explanation of ingredients and equipment used, full recipes of the dishes prepared for you to recreate at home and complimentary non-alcoholic refreshments.

Let’s get this party started right with this super simple and delicious Big Easy cocktail.

 – Andouille and Shrimp Gumbo Dip

Spicy Andouille sausage, sweet shrimp, red peppers, onions, celery and okra combine to bring the deliciousness of classic Gumbo, with the convenience of a hot and bubbly dip.

 -Creole Crawfish Creamy Pasta

– Fresh crawfish, andouille sausage, fresh vegetables, a little cream, a little spice and a whole lot of love, this pasta will be a family favorite.

Classic French Beignets 

-These classic New Orleans pastries are so easy to recreate at home, you will wonder why you have never made them before
