CITRUS GARLIC AND HERB SPLIT LOBSTER TAILS (2 TAILS SPLIT) (USA WILD CAUGHT)

These large New England cold water tails are split, and ready for the grill or the broiler. They come complete with a homemade roasted garlic and herb compound butter.  Simply melt the butter, brush or pour over the meat of the tails, and in just a couple of minutes, you will have a meal fit for the best of occasions.  Enjoy!

Cooking Instructions; Remove the lobster tails from the packaging and place on a foil lined sheet pan. In a coffee mug or glass measuring cup, melt the compound butter in the microwave. Evenly brush the melted butter mix, over the lobster meat, reserving some for basting once cooked. Either preheat the broiler in your oven, or preheat the grill.

For the Oven: Place the lobster tails meat side up on the lined sheet pan and place under the broiler. Roast until the lobster meat becomes white with some golden brown color. The shells should be red and the meat should easily pull up from the shell using a fork. Brush with remaining garlic butter or reserve for a dipping sauce.

For the Grill: Place the lobster tails meat side down on the hot grill grates or grill pan. After a couple of minutes, rotate the lobster tails 90 degrees, and cook for another couple of minutes. The goal is to achieve nice “diamond” shaped grill marks. Flip the lobster tails over, and finish cooking with the meat side up until the shells are red and meat is white and pulls easily from shell. Brush with remaining garlic butter or reserve for a dipping sauce.
