Chef Dylan was born and raised in rural Maryland, after high school he attended the University of Maryland studying Business and Education. He started his culinary career in Charlotte, NC, where he attended Johnson and Wales University studying the Culinary Arts.

In 2015, after running some of the best restaurants in the Myrtle Beach area, he met his wife Angela, a New Yorker who can’t cook, but loves to eat good food. A perfect match. After a quick engagement, they married in 2017. In 2018, the two left the restaurant business and purchased a small wholesale seafood company. By the grace of God, Dylan and Angela welcomed their two boys into the world in 2018 and 2019. That’s when Two Sons Seafood was born.

The national restaurant shut down of 2020, forced them to quickly pivot in order to keep their team, local fishermen and shrimpers employed and working. They immediately got to work developing their website, and with it, the Grand Strands first Online Seafood Market and Chef’s Collection Meal Home Delivery Company.

Since its inception, Two Sons Seafood has strived to bring our coasts greatest natural resources, from our local docks, directly to your door, both locally and nationally with our shipping program.

The Chef’s Collection offers ready to cook apps and entrees, that bring the flavors of your favorite restaurant, home to your table.

Our Cooking Classes started as a way to teach our neighbors how to replace their local restaurants during the closure. They have since evolved into one of the most talked about and enjoyed activities on the entire Grand Strand. Our classes have taught hundreds of locals and tourists alike, just how easy it is to prepare restaurant quality meals in the comfort of their own homes.
